Get on Pace With adidas' MiCoach

Improve power, speed and endurance with a simple click. 

OK, you’ll have to do more than that. But with adidas miCoach, getting better just got a little easier. It’s an interactive training service that provides the elite personal training that pros get from their coaches.

Head to to set your goals. Strap on the Pacer, then get moving. As you run, the system measures heart rate and gathers stats, like distance, stride length and pace. If your pace drops below where it needs to be to reach your goal, miCoach gives you a kick in the butt and tells you to speed up until you hit green, or red. And we don’t mean in the face; we’re referring to getting on pace with the Pacer’s color-coded training zones:
Blue: easy; builds aerobic endurance; also serves as a recovery mode
Green: medium; improves endurance
Yellow: hard; builds cardio strength
Red: maximum effort; builds power and speed

Your stats are then synced to, where you can track and assess progress.
