If summer morning workouts leave you feeling drained for the rest of the day, consider eating breakfast before bed. On runnersworld.com, sport nutritionist Leslie Bonci recently recommended a few bedtime breakfasts to dive into as a way to top off your muscle and liver glycogen stores, which deplete overnight depending on what you eat and when. And along with the waffles and light syrup suggested, Bonci adds that pre-bedtime fueling is a good time to drink more fluids.
