On Monday, October 18, at 7:00 p.m. EDT, STACK will host a live video chat session on the Gatorade Performance Center with LeCharles Bentley, a former All-Pro center for the New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns who now owns and operates the LeCharles Bentley O-Line Academy, where he specializes in training NFL, college and high school football players.

LeCharles will answer your questions on strength and conditioning, preparation, mental and sports skills, and nutrition via a live video stream. Mark your calendars, put together your list of questions and take advantage of the opportunity to pick the brain of a former NFL superstar who has spent countless hours in the weight room with one goal in mind—to dominate his opponents.
