STACK For Women - STACK

For more than six years, STACK has provided the latest and greatest in training, skills, nutrition, gear and lifestyle content for athletes interested in improving their performance. We are now pleased to announce the launch of STACK 4W, a website designed to meet the specific needs of female athletes.

STACK for Women features the same kind of high quality articles and videos that users have come to expect from STACK, but all the content is focused on helping women maximize their athletic performance. Whether they play basketball, soccer, softball, volleyball, swim or run track, female athletes will find credible and actionable information and advice from top professional athletes, coaches and trainers—all aimed at helping them get better.

Article and video content includes performance-enhancing tips and techniques straight from the world’s best female athletes and their coaches. Among the athlete videos available at launch: WNBA All-Star Candace Parker; world leader in the 100m Carmelita Jeter; and U.S. National Soccer Team members and Olympic medalists Abby Wambach and Heather Mitts. From an abundance of exercises, workouts and expert nutrition advice to athlete-relevant product reviews, STACK 4W will cater exclusively to the needs of female athletes.

“I’m excited that STACK is reaching out to female athletes,” said Heather Mitts, defender for the WPS Atlanta Beat and member of the U.S. National Team. “I was introduced to STACK through D1 Sports Training and have seen firsthand that they are a great resource for training. There are so many hard-working female athletes that can benefit from female-specific training and guidance. I can’t wait.”

In the coming weeks, STACK 4W will dig deeper into female-specific performance challenges, providing much needed information and advice. In an environment in which women’s sports are commanding more attention, STACK 4W will raise the bar for female athletes, empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Make STACK 4W a daily destination for everything you need as a female athlete. Check out the website at 4W.STACK.com.
