The NBA's most celebrated big man, Dwight "Superman" Howard, just introduced his third signature adidas shoe to the world via his Facebook page. The adiPower Howard officially drops today and is available at Foot Locker, Eastbay and shopadidas.com.

Check out Howard's video (below), in which he talks about some of the shoe's features: a light SprintSkin upper for flexibility and strength; Z-Torsion technology on the sole for traction; and three big signature adidas stripes on the sides—"because," he says, "I'm a big guy." His uniform number (12) is displayed on the outer ankle, and his signature is reproduced along the top of the tongue.

Watch the video, and if you don't get a good laugh, eyeball the mock-up of Howard's grin on the shoe's sockliner.
