Some athletes push their limits in training and competition, hoping to reach new heights in their sport. Other athletes push themselves even beyond what they think is possible, setting the bar higher for a new generation.
The Red Bull X Fighters are part of the latter group.
These extreme athletes ride in the biggest and most intense freestyle motocross tour in the world—the Red Bull Signature Series—which recently stopped in Southern California for the first time in its history. The birthplace of motocross was the perfect backdrop for the gigantic, sprawling course at Glen Helen.
The international FMX tour will take the riders across several continents, but as the X Fighters flew off ramps and defied gravity in front of 15,000 fans in SoCal, STACK was on hand to capture the most intense moments.
