The FitWall, which looks like a small rock-climbing wall, is used to increase an athlete's functional strength and balance while also providing an intense cardiovascular workout. Vertical training on the Fit Wall engages more muscles in each motion by attaching the athlete to a vertical plane. By removing all support except for the athlete’s own strength, the FitWall activates all muscle groups for a more efficient workout. Since you are fighting the force of gravity with every movement, you cannot ease up or coast through a workout on the FitWall.
