Must See Football Videos

If you're dragging when it comes time to working out this summer, it's time to get your butt in gear. Summer is the season when high school athletes need to get better, when there are no classes or homework to distract you from the weight room where you'll make your biggest strides.

STACK's Summer Training Guide offers eight-week workout programs for football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball and track & field. We also present nutritional info for pre- and post-workout fueling, and lots of other info and advice to make sure you progress while school's out.

But everyone has bad days, and sometimes you need a little extra shot of motivation. If that's the case for you, take a look at Robert Griffin III's new Gatorade commercial. It features the Washington Redskins franchise QB going through workouts under the hot sun as he prepares for his rookie season in the NFL.

Next time you're thinking of skipping a workout, check out this video and remind yourself of what it takes to be great. You won't get there by sitting on the couch or the sidelines. You'll get there through hard work, just like RGIII.
