If you get hungry late at night, it can be tough to stay out of the fridge. And once you decide to grab a bite, finding a healthy choice can be difficult, especially if you don't know what you're looking for. Junk food just seems to taste better at night, right?

Thankfully, our friends at Men's Fitness, with assistance from registered dietician Manuel Villacorta, have come up with a definitive list of healthy late-night snacks. Here are a few of the best options. Head over to Men's Fitness for the full list.

Frozen Blueberries

Keep a bag in your freezer so they stay fresh. Just one cup has plenty of vitamins and antioxidants, plus a whopping four grams of gut-cleansing fiber.

Cheese Quesadilla

Yes, really. Quesadillas can be healthy, as long as you select quality ingredients. Opt for a low-fat cheese and high-fiber tortillas. Sprinkle the cheese between the tortillas and crisp them up on both sides.

Greek Yogurt

Get a shot of protein before bed with Greek yogurt. If the taste is too sour for you, mix in some fresh fruit, like sliced papaya.

Multigrain Pretzels

Sometimes, you need a little crunch. Opt for multigrain pretzels instead of chips to satisfy the craving. If you dunk the pretzels in yogurt, you'll add a few grams of muscle-building protein.
