Prior to the mega-trade of Dwight Howard from the Orlando Magic to the Los Angeles Lakers, the adiPower Howard 3 had been available in two Magic colorways: white with blue and black, the Magic's home colors; and bright blue for away games.

Just in time for the new season, adidas has released a new Lakers colorway, a black base with purple and white trim.

Built for the versatile big man, the adiPower Howard 3 features Torsion for adaptive midfoot support and ALIVE cushioning in the midsole and outsole for comfort. For interactive training, the sneaker is also miCoach compatible. The new Lakers adidas adiPower Howard 3 is available for $110 at adidas.com.
