adidas Reveals D Rose 3 Alternate Away Limited Edition Sneaker

October 29, 2012

Must See Basketball Videos

Fans of Derrick Rose know that he's rehabbing hard to get back on the court this NBA season, following his brutal ACL injury last April. adidas is all-in on Rose, rolling out new colorways of his sneaker, the D Rose 3, and promoting his eventual return to the Bulls with a video series and a custom hashtag (#thereturn).

The brand continues its support by revealing new images of the D Rose 3 alternate away limited edition sneaker, which has lots of cool details highlighting aspects of Rose's personal life. For example, the design on the inside of the tongue includes  street signs from the blocks where Rose grew up, as well as an image of a family tree. The shoe also carries the new D Rose logo.

You can order your pair of the alternate away limited edition shoe (for $160) at the adidas Sports Performance Store at Water Tower Place in Chicago, the Broadway @ Houston Soho location in New York City, or, as always, online at adidas Basketball. Check out more images of the colorway below.

Get more from adidas at adidas Basketball on Facebook as well as on Twitter with the hashtag #drose3. For all things Rose, check out STACK's Derrick Rose page.
