Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal Recipe
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup thinly sliced banana (about 1 medium)
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat
Stir in sugar and cinnamon
Add banana and cook for one to two minutes
Remove from heat
Just plop the mixture over a bowl of oatmeal cooked with 1/2 cup of low-fat milk. You'll have enough fuel to last all four quarters.
