Shoes have become one of the most talked-about aspects of the NBA. The new sneaker LeBron or Kobe wears on gameday is almost as big as the game itself. The emphasis on sneakers may ruffle the feathers of basketball purists, but hey, even Larry Bird used to rock special-edition Converse All-Stars.

This year, the rookies are getting in on the shoe bonanza. The young guns were drafted for their skills on the court, but has their shoe game been just as good?
