Nike has revealed the new Jacksonville Jaguars NFL Elite 51 uniform, which will debut in the 2013 season. The new uniforms, designed to honor the military, feature a special patch with the word "Jags" on the front of the jerseys.

Although the colors remain the same, the overall design gets a fresh new contemporary look and feel. The logo has been updated, as has the type font used for "Jacksonville Jaguars." The new jersey will also feature claw marks around the collar. Home colors will be black with gold and teal accents, and the away jersey will be white with black and gold accents. The Jaguars will also get an alternate teal uniform with black accents.

The team is also getting new helmets, socks, shoes and gloves with updated designs and features. The helmets will be gold and black with a special fade. Nike has said that the gloves have an improved fit and lighter materials, while the socks have venting, compression and cushioning built in.

According to Nike, the entire Elite 51 uniform will be lighter and include more mesh ventilation. The material is stretchy and moisture wicking. Check out the uniform through the following slideshow.
