STACK Challenge: The 100-Burpee Challenge

This week's STACK Challenge is our toughest yet: 100 Burpees completed as quickly as possible.

Every week, a new STACK Challenge gives you an opportunity to test your athletic ability and win a STACK T-shirt. Take the challenge and enter to win a T-shirt by tweeting your results with #STACKChallenge.

This week, trainer Todd Durkin of Fitness Quest 10 throws down the toughest STACK Challenge yet: 100 Burpees for time. To survive 100 reps of the world's most dreaded bodyweight exercise, you need elite conditioning, upper-body strength and mental toughness.

To complete a Burpee, drop to the ground from a standing position, kick your feet out behind you and complete a Push-Up. Pull your feet back in, stand up, reach your hands to the sky and jump straight up. Feel free to take breaks throughout the challenge, and always rest when your form starts to suffer.

The Challenge

Complete 100 Burpees as quickly as possible.

Rookie: 10-15 minutes
Pro: 7-10 minutes
All-Star: Less than 7 minutes
