Bud Dupree, 42 Inches

While Bud Dupree is listed at linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers, he was categorized as a defensive end at the 2015 NFL Combine. Considering he measured in at 6-foot-4 and 269 pounds, that seems like the right call. Dupree vaulted himself into the first round with the help of a 42-inch vertical jump, tying him for the highest leap in Combine history by a defensive end.
