Dirk Nowitzki has been an NBA star for the past two decades.
However, the 7-footer didn't start playing basketball until he was 15.
Prior to that, he focused on his first love—tennis.

The big man still plays tennis frequently as a hobby.
While he might not yet be a "star," Arizona Cardinals rookie quarterback Josh Rosen also dreamed of being a tennis star during his childhood.
