Reverse Shrugs
This exercise may seem easy, but it's one of the best ways to strengthen your lats.

  • Position hands on bench behind hips and walk feet out until legs are straight
  • Keeping arms straight, drive shoulders down to elevate body
  • Slowly lower to start position
  • Repeat for specified reps

Sets/Reps:  3×8-12
