Builds your lower back to improve stability and prevent back pain.

  • Lie face-down on ground with legs straight and arms extended overhead
  • Lift opposite arm and leg into arm; briefly hold position
  • Lower to ground and repeat on opposite side
  • Continue in alternating fashion for specified reps
