Single-Leg Balance Touch

No gym? No problem. This bodyweight circuit workout will challenge your muscle strength and increase your heart rate, both with exercises you can perform in an area as small as your bedroom. Do the following exercises in circuit fashion. Repeat each circuit three times, rest for 30 seconds between sets and 1 minute between circuits. Increase the reps as your strength improves.
