Circuit 1: Squat Jumps

Benefits: Builds lower-body power

Instructions:

  • Stand with your feet hip-width apart
  • Bend at your hips and knees to lower into a Squat
  • Forcefully extend your hips, knees and ankles to jump straight up
  • Land with your knees slightly bent and immediately repeat

Reps: 6-8
