Circuit 1: Clap Push-Ups

Benefits: Builds explosive upper-body pushing power

Instructions:

  • Lower into a Push-Up
  • Explosively launch your upper body into the air and clap your hands in mid-air
  • Land with soft elbows and immediately repeat

Reps: 6-8
