Can't work out at a gym? You can still get in shape this summer with this bodyweight workout you can perform in an area as small as your bedroom.

Circuit 1: Plank with Toe Taps

Benefits: Improves strength and rotational stability

Instructions:

  • Assume plank position with your elbows directly under your shoulders and your hands together
  • Keep your body in a straight line
  • Raise your right leg 12 inches off the ground
  • Lower your leg to return to plank position
  • Repeat with your opposite leg
  • Continue in an alternating fashion

Reps: 10 each leg
