Circuit 2: Staggered Push-Ups

Benefits: Challenges the chest from different angles while strengthening the triceps

Instructions:

  • Assume a staggered push-up position with your left hand two inches in front of your right hand
  • Perform a Push-Up
  • Switch hand position and repeat
  • Continue in alternating fashion

Reps: 10 each side
