Circuit 2: Mountain Climbers

Benefits: Increases core strength and builds endurance

Instructions:

  • Assume push-up position
  • Quickly bring one knee to your chest while extending your opposite leg
  • Continuously switch position of your legs in an alternating fashion

Reps: 10 each leg
