Circuit 3: Single-Leg Balance Touch

Benefits: Increases glute and hamstring strength while improving balance

Instructions:

  • Stand on your left leg with your right foot just behind your left heel.
  • Bend your hips and knees and touch the ground next to your left foot with both hands.
  • Do not move your right leg and keep your back flat.
  • Extend your hips and knees to stand up into the start position.

Reps: 10 each leg
