Circuit 3: Burpees

Benefits: Improves aerobic and muscular endurance

Instructions:

  • Begin in a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you.
  • Kick your feet back into a push-up position.
  • Return your feet back to the squat position.
  • Jump up as high as possible and reach your arms overhead.
  • Return to the start position and repeat.
