Fitness Fail Friday: Overzealous Weightlifter Learns the Hard Way That Round Things Roll

Watch a weightlifter learn what happens when he drops a barbell loaded with round plates on the floor next to a giant mirror.

Each Friday, STACK brings you a video of an exercise gone horribly wrong. You may or may not learn something from it, but you will laugh very hard.

Before we dive into this week's video, we need to address something:

Bodybuilder Photos

That is A LOT of weightlifter photos. One or two photos in the ol' garage gym are fine for a little inspiration. Six or seven may be a bit much. Four dozen? Pretty creepy.

How creepy? Unfortunately, the video is a little blurry to make a proper judgment. Assign your own value based on the scale below.

How Creepy Are Those Photos? (On a Scale From 1-10)

4: They've been downloaded from the Internet.
6: They've been ripped religiously every month from weightlifting magazines at the public library.
8: They are all the same person.
10: They all have Rob Lowe's face crudely pasted on top of the lifter's.
1,000: They are all Rob Lowe working out at home.

Now for the meat of the video. After watching the clip a few times, we find it hard not to feel bad for Moderately-to-Extremely Creepy Weightlifter Guy when he yelps "Nooo!" lets out a sad sigh and gives us this face:

But then he provides some crucial information that takes this video from good to great.

"I broke my mirror again."

AGAIN?!?!?! 

Instead of choosing the obvious YouTube commenter route (WAS THE FIRST TIME WITH YOUR FACE?! lolololololol LIKE IF YOU AGREE), we only have one small piece of advice to offer.
