STACK Challenge: The Bodyweight Bench Press

This week's Challenge is not about how much weight you can lift, but how many times you can Bench Press your body weight.

How much ya bench? This week, we don't care how much weight you can lift, but how many times you can bench press your own body weight. Go back to this challenge any time you want to measure your relative strength.

Set up the barbell with weight equal to your bodyweight. You have two minutes to complete as many reps as possible while maintaining good form. Rack the bar and rest as much as you want during the two minutes.

The Challenge

Complete as many Bench Press reps as possible in two minutes using a weight equal to your body weight.

Pro: 12-18
