Real Workouts: Brandon Jennings
In this installment of STACK.com's "Real Workouts" series, we take you inside the Under Armour Combine Training Center powered by FX Studio for an off-season workout with Milwaukee bucks point guard and Under Armour representative Brandon Jennings. Guided by FX Studio owner Nate Costa, Jennings goes through a grueling full-body workout focused on strength, power, endurance and balance.
Throughout the workout, you'll appreciate Costa's unique training philosophy. He says, "Most people want to go into it saying 'all right, how many do I have to do?' I try and switch that mindset. Depending on the weight, depending on the day, sometime I'll have him do six reps of something. Sometimes I'll have him do 26."
