CrossFit Champ Lifts More Weight in 5 Minutes Than Most People Do All Week

Reebok named her The Fittest Woman on Earth.

CrossFit star Camille Leblac-Bazinet recently performed the "Amanda workout," and absolutely killed it.

The Amanda Workout consists of 3 supersets of Muscle-Ups and Squat Snatches of 9,7, and 5 reps. Leblac-Bazinet does the Squat Snatches with 135 pounds.

This year, Reebok named 5'2" 130-pound Leblack-Bazinet the Fittest Woman on Earth. She's qualified for the Crossfit Games five times, winning the title this year, her sights set on weightlifting in the 2016 Olympics.
