WATCH: David Wilson's Acrobat Ab Workout

Count David Wilson in Rio 2016. The former NFL RB shows off the kind of strength that could qualify him for Cirque du Soleil.

Looking ahead to the 2016 Olympics in Rio, former NFL RB David Wilson has been training harder than ever, from harnessing his sprints to aquatic plyometrics.

Wilson, who wants to compete in the Triple Jump, recently posted a video in which he suspends himself, arms outstretched, from a vertical bar, with his torso at a 90-degree angle to the pole, parallel to the ground. He then begins to slowly slide around the bar, holding his body in position.
