Do You Have What It Takes to Dominate The TD1 Challenge?
Athletes don't reach the professional level in their sport just because they're blessed with superior genetics. It takes hard work, determination and strong will to become the best. Now Training Day and D1 Sports Training have teamed up to help you progress even more.
The TD1 Dominant One Challenge, a 10-week program, is aimed at giving young athletes the opportunity to go beyond the basics with detailed plans for athletic performance, nutrition education and community involvement.
Proud partners of the Challenge include current NFL standouts Ndamukong Suh, Reggie Bush,Tony Scheffler, Jared Veldheer, Byron Stingily, Greg McElroy, Donnie Nickey and Kris Durham, all of whom have taken advantage of D1 training programs.
Participants in "The Path To Dominance" will complete a 10-week fitness program developed by TD1, while also taking part in growth challenges and educational sports/nutrition training. The program, which costs $200, includes a comprehensive workout manual outlining all movements for the challenge; a week-by-week workout routine; a specialized log-in to your own unique challenge page; Training Day Supplements; and TD1 branded gear.
A final challenge will take place in the Nashville D1 Sports Center, where the top 20 athletes will compete for the ultimate prize of being named The Dominant One. All top 20 finalists will receive a $1,000 scholarship to the college of their choice to continue their education and pursue their dream of playing collegiate athletics. The Dominant One winner will take home a $50,000 college scholarship; the second place athlete will win a $10,000 scholarship; and the third place athlete will win a $5,000 scholarship. In addition, the top contributor in the Growth Challenge will be handed a $15,000 scholarship.
