J. J. Watt Looks Super Jacked on the New Cover of Men's Health

JJ Watt shows he can be just as nervous as the rest of us as he poses for the cover of 'Men's Health.'

Everyone gets a little self-conscious sometimes—even J. J. Watt.

Watt appears on the cover of the latest issue of Men's Health, and even though the Texans defensive end weighs in at nearly 290 pounds, he looks lean and mean. However, Watt admitted to tightening up his physique a bit for the photo—specifically his mid-section. In a recent tweet, he wrote, "I am not going to lie, I am flexing my abs as hard as a 290-pound man possibly can in this new @MensHealthMag cover."

Since Watt sports an eight-pack in the photo, we're guessing he's pretty ripped even when he's not flexing. But still, it's nice to see that even a muscled Goliath like Watt is capable of feeling a little self-conscious. You can check out the cover along with Watt's tweet below.
