James Harrison Pushed a Sled With 1,800 Pounds on It, Continues to Prove He's Not Human

Even after 13 seasons in the NFL, James Harrison is still lifting heavy.

The 39-year-old Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker recently posted a video of him performing a Sled Push with over 1,800 pounds. The load consisted of 39 45-pound plates, symbolic of Harrison's age:

The way Harrison continuously challenges himself is remarkable, and the approach obviously works for him. Harrison's managed to stay both healthy and productive despite being the oldest defensive player in the NFL. He was especially effective during the playoffs last year, racking up 2.5 sacks, 3 stuffs and a forced fumble over three postseason games.
