Kevin Love to Be Featured in ESPN's 'Body Issue.' Here's How He Transformed His Physique

Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love will be featured in 'ESPN the Magazine's' annual 'Body Issue.'

"I can't believe I'm doing this," says Kevin Love in the preview video for the upcoming ESPN Magazine "Body Issue." The Cleveland Cavaliers forward will bare it all in the annual issue that shows off the naked bodies of elite athletes.

STACK spent a day with Love during the 2014-2015 NBA season to see how the Cavs sharpshooter keeps his body in shape. In the video above, you'll see Love perform a workout to stay lean during the season. The workouts were short, focusing on full-body exercises to keep his muscles strong without tiring him out for games. Also, check out how Love transformed his diet, which helped him shed weight and gain muscle.

Even though Love suffered a gruesome shoulder injury early in the 2015 playoffs, it looks like the hard work he put in won't go unnoticed.
