New England Patriots DE Jabaal Sheard Ate a 2-Pound Steak in Less Than an Hour

We don't recommend eating that much meat in one sitting.

Consuming two pounds of meat, in the form of a ribeye steak no less, isn't meant for the average human. Even if you're a certified giant playing for the New England Patriots, like Jabaal Sheard, eating that much meat is generally not recommended.

Sheard takes the meat challenge and laughs. When presented with an opportunity to devour a 2-pound steak in under an hour to earn $4,000 for his favorite charity, Sheard jumped at the chance. And devour it he did, ingesting the Smokey Bones bone-in-ribeye with time to spare.

Good for Sheard for putting in time and effort for charity. Hopefully he had a day or so to let that thing digest before he had to hit training camp. If not, we recommend standing back at least 20 feet.
