In this digital age, in which you can find almost anything you want on the Internet, using the "I don't know what to do at the gym" excuse is beyond obsolete. Thousands of workouts are available online, and a quick Google search will present you with options galore. Admittedly, if you're a workout rookie, it can be intimidating to wade through all those search results and figure out which one is the best for you. So we've gone ahead and cut out the middleman.
