STACK Challenge: The Plate Hold Test

Let us know how long you can hold a 25-pound plate in front of you and enter for a chance to win a STACK T-shirt.

Every week, a new STACK Challenge gives you an opportunity to test your athletic ability and win a STACK T-shirt. Take the challenge and enter to win by tweeting your results with #STACKChallenge.

This week's STACK Challenge feels easy at the beginning, but you'll need to dig deep to hit All-Star level. To complete the challenge, hold a 25-pound plate in front of you at shoulder level for as long as possible. Keep your arms straight and don't lean or rock. The challenge ends when your arms dip below your shoulders.
