Thai Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

For Sweet Spicy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. fat-free  Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (or Hot Sauce)

For Shrimp 

  • 1/4 lb. small Shrimp, shelled and de-veined
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp Canola Oil
  • 1 cup shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Purple Cabbage

Directions

Combine Greek yogurt, Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha (or hot sauce) in small bowl and set aside. Combine lettuce and cabbage on a plate. Coat your shrimp with cornstarch. Heat skillet with oil and add shrimp, stirring until fully cooked. Remove shrimp from pan and combine with sauce. Place on lettuce and serve.
