Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Quinoa
  • 1/3┬ácup reduced fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • Cinnamon, salt and sugar to taste.

Directions

Combine quinoa, milk, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. After it's done, add in banana and peanut butter, stir and enjoy.
