Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tbsp.  grated Onion
  • 1 tsp. chopped Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 3 oz. Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg White

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir gently to combine. Spread mixture evenly in microwave-safe loaf dish coated with cooking spray. Loosely cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high for eight minutes. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle meat loaf with cheese; broil three minutes or until browned.
