Young basketball players looking to improve their shooting should study Boston Celtics guard Ray Allen. He's made more three-pointers than anyone in NBA history, and his form is picture-perfect. Part of that comes from the way that Allen practices.
High school players shouldn't just try to copy Allen's form. They should also train their bodies for consistent shooting, enhancing muscle memory and improving field goal percentage. Practice may not make perfect—but it'll help anyone reach his or her full potential.
