If you missed last Wednesday's season debut of Showtime's latest sports documentary series, The Franchise, it's not too late to catch up. The series chronicles the 2011 MLB season of the world champion San Francisco Giants as they push for back-to-back titles. Episode one will repeat tonight, July 19, at 10 p.m. EDT on Showtime, and episode two will air tomorrow night at 10 p.m. EDT. New episodes release every Wednesday night at 10 p.m.

From first baseman Aubrey Huff's off-the-field antics to pitcher Brian Wilson's naturally crazy persona, the Giants are an entertaining bunch. Whether you love them or hate them—or baseball in general—The Franchise offers an authentic depiction of the players' lives during the grueling, 162-game season, and that alone makes it worth watching.

Past episodes can also be seen at Showtime's website.
