Soccer Agility Drills for Women

Soccer Agility Drills
Women's soccer is a dynamic sport that involves many directional changes. Developing multidirectional speed is important. You have to have good coordination and balance to cut and move quickly.

Developing the proper mechanics for cutting and changing direction will help you become more efficient and increase your speed on the field.

These soccer agility drills will not only develop multidirectional speed, they will prevent injury by positioning you properly to change direction. That's important: women's soccer has one of the highest ACL tear rates, many non-contact injuries caused by improper positioning when players are cutting.
