The Stance

Batting Stance

Stand with your knees slightly bent and your weight on the balls of your feet.

Head Position

Don't stare at the ball on the tee. Instead, keep your head still and eyes focused in front of you, where the pitcher would be standing on the mound in a live game.

The Tee

Place the tee just in front of your lead foot.  The height should be just shy of waist level.
