The U.S Women's National Soccer Team's Road to the World Cup

Watch the U.S. Women's Soccer team perform a full-body workout as they prepare for the 2015 World Cup.

With their 2011 World Cup finals loss behind them, members of the U.S. Women's National Soccer team are on a mission to redeem themselves in the upcoming 2015 World Cup held in Canada.

"We've been training four years for this," says forward Sydney Leroux.

Their hard work off the field and teamwork on the pitch will help players like Leroux, Abby Wambach and Tobin Heath reach their dream of winning the World Cup.

Watch the video above to see the team perform a workout that increases their full-body strength and soccer-specific conditioning, and get a behind-the-scenes view of a practice leading up to their exhibition match against Mexico.
