How long can you maintain a Wall Sit once your legs start shaking and you're ready to collapse? Learn how to push through the pain, and you'll start building the endurance and mental toughness you need to stay strong late in games when your opponent is gassed.

For this test, you sit against a wall with your thighs parallel to the floor. Keep your heels flat on the ground (even when your legs start shaking) and your back straight against the wall.
