WATCH: John Cena Benches 375 Pounds 4 Months After Shoulder Surgery

WWE superstar John Cena wasted no time getting back in the weight room after undergoing shoulder surgery.

WWE superstar John Cena is back in the gym four months after undergoing shoulder surgery. The amount of weight he is already putting up will blow your mind.

Back in January, Cena had surgery to repair a partially torn tendon in his rotator cuff. The 15-time WWE champion was expected to miss SummerSlam in August, but he has worked hard and is now hoping to return to the ring on May 30.

To prove he is one of the baddest dudes in the wrestling world, Cena posted a video of himself benching an impressive amount of weight—375 pounds to be exact. That's less than the 500 pounds he usually puts up, but since he's still rehabbing, it's just as impressive.

Watch John Cena bench press 375 pounds like nothing in the video below.

Here Cena performs a Power Clean with an equally impressive amount of weight.
