Watch Myles Garrett Bench Press ESPN Analyst Field Yates 25 Times

This just in: Myles Garrett is pretty strong.

ESPN NFL analyst Field Yates isn't equivalent to the 225 pounds that Myles Garrett bench pressed 33 times at the NFL Combine last month, but he's not exactly a 20-pound dumbbell either. Garrett made the rounds on ESPN's campus this afternoon, including an appearance on NFL Live, where the Texas A&M pass rusher was challenged to bench press Yates, who weights 165 pounds, more than 19 times, the number Yates's colleague Damien Woody hit a few months back.

Garrett obliged, and he easily lifted Yates 25 times before he decided to stop, though it looked like he could've banged out at least 10 more reps if he'd wanted to. Yates almost fell several times. It's incredibly awkward to watch another human being be bench pressed, but it all went to show is that Garrett is very strong and will toss most humans around like rag dolls.

But while Garrett was doing his thing, another pass rusher in this year's draft class, UCLA's Takkarist McKinley, wasn't impressed.

Do we have any pass rusher beef a-brewing? April 27 can't come soon enough.
